Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Plushen governing your use of the app. By downloading or using Plushen, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Plushen on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app-store rules that apply to your download.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Plushen offers an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full app. Pricing and the billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Prices may change. We will give notice of a price increase as required, and increases do not take effect until your next renewal after the notice.

Your content

The artwork you create in the app is yours. We do not claim ownership of it. When you choose to share or export your artwork, you are responsible for how you use it.

Our intellectual property

The app itself (including its software, outlines, illustrations, designs, and trademarks) is owned by Plushen or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as expressly permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to attempt to bypass the subscription or access paid features without paying.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the relevant terms of that agreement apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights, those rights are not affected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the app means you accept the current Terms.
