How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not inside the app. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Plushen. On Android: open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Plushen. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Plushen and tap “Restore” on the subscribe screen (or in Settings). Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you originally subscribed with.

I reinstalled and my artwork is gone
On iOS, your artwork is automatically backed up to your own private iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple ID, make sure iCloud Drive is enabled, then reinstall Plushen and your pieces will come back. (Backup is unavailable when you’re signed out of iCloud.)

How do I delete my data?
Your artwork lives on your device, so deleting the app removes it. To also remove the iCloud backup, delete Plushen’s iCloud data from your device’s iCloud settings. You can email us anytime for help with a data request.
